Buck's Dog Training of Virginia operates this website under license from Buck's Dog Training. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, what your rights are, and how to reach us with privacy questions.

Identifiers and contact information. Name, email, phone, mailing address, ZIP code, IP address. Dog and household information. Dog name, breed, age, behavior history, vaccination records, household composition. Commercial information. Programs booked, invoices, payment history, refresher usage. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers. Internet activity. Pages visited, referrer, device type, browser, approximate location. Collected via cookies and analytics SDKs. Training records. Photo and video clips taken during board-and-train for daily updates.
How we use information
Deliver the training services you book. Communicate with you about your dog's program, refreshers, and account. Run the pet portal, scheduling, billing, and training-records system. Send marketing communications when you have consented. Operate and improve our website. Investigate and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.
Who we share with
Service providers (payment processor, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). Buck's Dog Training corporate, for cross-network operating and the licensed brand and methodology. Legal and safety contexts where required.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Active client records: life of the dog plus 7 years. Prospect records: 24 months from last interaction. Marketing email records: until you opt out plus 24 months for compliance.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your information, and to opt out of marketing communications. Virginia residents (VCDPA) have specific consumer rights. To exercise a right, email info@bucksdogtraining.com with subject line "Privacy Request."
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security and breach notification
